What does "featured" mean?
When you go in IPhone App Store there is a menu: "Featured" "Catalogues" "Top 25". When you presed FEATURED the games appear some of them are new some of them are not. I can't understand the meaning of "Feature" in this context?

featured = something that is being strongly promoted for some reason or the other
Actually it's more of an selling ploy. The suggestion is that the app is very popular. But who really knows!
