how to express "I will stay" when I was watching American TV series, I noticed that sometimes people said"I am not going nowhere." what I learnt in textbook is "I am not going anywhere " to express "I will be there for you". That confused me.

It might better be stated "I'm not going anyplace else than here." You must logically assume since the person is not going anywhere, they must be staying here. It is used for emphasis to mean that the person will definitely stay here, no matter what happens.
