A: I said it again and also wrote it down. Even if I say it a thousand times it is useless. I still forget. A: 她叫我再说一遍。 B: 你（又）说了吗？ A: 我（又）说了，也写下来了。不过尽管我再说一千次也没用，我还是忘记。

it's like "again" and "once more" 再 = once more 又 = again
