what is the difference between 'doing sth.' and 'been doing sth.?' for example, 'i`m having trouble' and 'I`m been having trouble'

"I'm having trouble" refers to this moment now. "I've been having trouble" ("I have been" is the correct form) refers to troublesome events in the recent past, which affect (or continue up to) now.
