「～から」and 「～ので」 can replace themselves (, but there are some exceptions). 　"I have a headeche (reason), so I'll take the day off today. 　　＝あたまがいたいから、休みます。 　　＝あたまがいたいので、休みます。 If we compare these sentences, 「～ので」 sounds a little politely than 「～から」. て-form + 「から」 is different usage；「～てから」. ex. After graduating from college, I worked at a company for several years 　　大学を卒業してから（＝卒業したあと）、会社で働いていました。 「～てから」 means "after ～ing", "after ～", "since ～".
