Comunemente, specie al Sud Italia, si dice "Sono indisposta"

For the abdominal pain only there is the (more medical) expression "crampi/spasmi uterini or catameniali/mestruali" (the most common is "crampi mestruali") but in order to be understood "dolori mestruali" is enough.
