Probably it is the older man who has the earphones! In that case a more understandable sentence would be: "The older Japanese man seems to find the music a nuisance who is sitting to the left of him and with his earphones in." OR "The older Japanese man sitting to the left of him and with his earphones in seems to find the music a nuisance." Your sentence was very much accurate though! ^_^ よろしくおねがいします。
