あの、abhilash さん と呼んで(よんで) いい です か? You can use this sentence for elder person. If you want to ask to a person for business, あの、 abhilash さん と 呼ばせて(よばせて)いただいて いい です か? あの abhilash さん と よんで いて いい です か? is sounds, Can I continue to call you abhilash? あの abhilash さん と よんで いまして いい です か? is sounds, Is it okay I call you abhilash?

Just in case it can be confusing... "abhilash さん とよんでいい です か?" "abhilash さん と よばせていただいて いい です か” are used when you want to call someone else "abhilashさん". When you want someone else to call YOU "abhilashさん", you 'd say "abhilashとよんでください"or ”abhilashとよんでいただけますか”.
