Tal vez, pero es un lugar muy concurrido y lleno de turistas.
Alternatives might be somewhere like Covent Garden, the steps of St Paul's Cathedral, outside the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. There are so many places - public squares, pubs, galleries, stations, quiet corners ..... it all depends on what you want to do and where you want to go. And what time of day!
