What difference is between the next verbs? alzarsi - svegliarsi - salire asoltare - sentire - udire

salire, ascoltare, sentire udire are infinitive forms of To go up, to listen, to hear. Alzarsi e svegliarsi are : stand up and wake up. They are a sort of reflexive forms: it is as you say: I wake up by myself or I stand up by myself... (yourself, ourselves and so on..)
