Two quick questions! Two very quick questions; 1. What does 'beim Essen' 'beim Trinken' mean? literal translation to English is 'at' which is obvoiously not correct here? 2 'bei mir' is used to mean 'at my house/place' therefore can I also say ; 'bei Ihnen' = at your house 'bei ihr' = at her house 'bei ihm' = at his house etc??? Thanks again for your much appreciated assistance. Gemma

1) while you are eating/drinking e.g. "Ich bin jetzt gerade beim Essen(, kann ich dich zurück rufen?)" = I'm eating right now (can I call back?) 2) yes, absolutely!
