How to make it clear When I say B/D/G/J/P, some time is not clear to others. How I repeat it and make it clear. In china, my teacher told me BOY for B, DOG for D. I want to know what the British say in these scenario.

You could refer to the NATO phonetic alphabet. Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta... In my work I occasionally voice letters over radio and this makes it much easier to understand. But at least in American English it is common to simply use names for clarification. Like "B as in Bob" or "D as in David." I'm not British though so I can't answer your question completely.
