二度と? Never again? I'm confused... I searched for the phrase "never again" and the dictionary gave me the vocabulary "二度と". It says that it means "never again" or "not twice". But now, if I want to say "Never again!" I can't just say "二度と!", can I...? I'm a bit confused...

二度と~ない is a set phrase. So if you want to say "Never again!", 二度としないで! would be better. You can also say 二度とするな! (this な means "Don't"). I hope my English makes sense.

Depends, but yes, you can say 二度と on its own in some cases. It's a little hard for me to give an exact guide.
