This is the most precious gift for your children OR loved ones that you can buy. I agree with Allan about changing the word order.

While it is not "wrong", it would be better written as follows: This is the most precious gift that you can buy for your children and loved ones. "That you can buy" modifies "gift". The more words that exist in a sentence between a term and its modifier, the more awkward the sentence sounds. While it is okay to separate the two, often it is best to have them right next to each other.

It isn't wrong, but it would be better to say, "This is the most precious gift that you can buy for your children and loved ones."
