Is it really important whether you use "そして" and "だから"? Like for any situation, would it be incorrect if you used one word instead of the other?

Hi, Dara I couldn't catch what you wanted to say because my English isn't so good, but I'll try to explain. Basicly, そして means AND, だから means SO as conjunctions. Can it help you?
