The standard phrase is "departure".

both are correct. "take-off" (a noun, in this case) is more informal, departure is formal. this sentence sounds a bit formal, because of 'estimated time', so 'departure' sounds a bit better to me. whereas, informally, you'd probably say , "The plane should take off in about X minutes"
