You are correct. We are talking about a future event, so the correct form is "get." You could also say "have gotten there" but the proper use of "gotten" can be a bit hard to understand. :)

The whole thing is muddled. I'll be taking the bus + once we get there = no agreement of subject. Why is "we" getting there? We'll be taking the bus and I can show you around once we get there. This is the correct way.
