Does "들어와!" mean "Come out!"? What would the police say if they were busting down your door?

Come out means literally "나와!" In case of crackdown, the police would say "꼼짝마!(Freeze!)" but I have seen that scene just only in movie or drama... I don't know what they really say in the case. maybe "you are under arrest, You have a right to remain silence....and.....etc..."?
