What is the meaning of "make" in this sentence? If you shift, you might make the 2:19.

make = be there on time for

If you shift, you might be on time for 2:19. But it's better to know the context to say what it's exactly about... So it could be about for example - making 2:19 train - catching the train at 2:19 or - make the 2:19 as a score in some game Those are things that come to my mind...
