Developing from scratch, a mobile application (Android) that can be used to order food and drinks, control one's table bill as well as pay it using Paypal.

"Advice" is uncountable, so we NEVER say "an advice". You should have asked "I'm looking for some advice." Here's my suggestion, but honestly your description is unclear... "Developed from the ground up, XXX is an Android application that allows the user to order food and drinks in a restaurant, as well as manage and pay the bill through Paypal." (XXX is the name of your app, of course.)
