"She wants to have...." usually implies a reasonable request/expectation. "She even wants to have......" implies that her request/expectation is too much. It's an expression of incredulous exasperation. I interviewed her for the job. She wants to have $x per hour, a lunch break, holiday pay, a pension scheme..." I interviewed her for the job. She wants $xxx per hour, time off work to go to the hairdresser, triple pay for overtime, time off when she feels like it - she even wants a chauffeured car to bring her to work and take her home!"
