I had married a vietnamese girl to be wife in this year, but my vietnamese is not very good and I do not know how to deal with her, anyone can provide some useful information for me to learn my vietnamese much better? Thank you.

I think you should study step by step.  Firstly you will begin with alphabet, circumflex accent, full stop, acute accent,....and then you study the way to connect alphabet letters. Hey, the first sentence you should learn is "Em yêu, Anh yêu Em nhiều" (for your wife). I sure that your wife will happy very much.
