The flora within Cocora Park is diverse. The habitat types include woodlands dominated by snow gums and wetlands such as bog dominated by water-loving sphagnum moss. On the lower slopes there are various types of eucalyptus forests while the plateau is dominated by plant species that can withstand prolonged wet periods and below-freezing temperatures. The Park is a favourite holiday destination offering tourists a variety of sport activities including 140km of walking tracks in summer and cross-country skiing and tobogganing in winter. The massive granite furs, sparkling mountain streams, gnarled snow gums, delicate wildflowers and spectacular views over the surrounding river valleys and snow-covered fields make Cocora Park one of the most popular high country parks. NOTES: (1) Be careful with example habitat types and species. In the UK the word 'Heath' can mean a habitat type (also called heathland) or mean the heath plant family. Some heath species grow on bogs and other heath species grow on heathlands. (2) Be careful with the word ‘dominated’. A woodland is normally dominated by trees not ‘low growing shrubs, wildflowers and herbs’. A dominant species is either the most abundant species or the species that covers the greatest area. (3) I do not understand what ‘Granite fur’ is >> ‘Granite furs’: Granite =type of rock (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Granite); fur= animal body hair (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fur) (4) Spelling corrections: > Favorite = Favourite > Truck = a type of vehicle. I think you meant ‘track’
