When does the subject particle (는 / 은 or 이 / 가) and object particle (를 / 을) SHOULD NOT be used in a sentence?

As I know of. there is no case you should not use 는/은, 이/가 and 를/을 but if you say I have something you SHOULD NOT! use 은/는 you always have to use 이/가 :)
