Could you please correct this text? Today I am going to speak about books. Firstly, I really fond of reading. As Hermann Hesse said, "Without words, without writing and without books there would be no history, there could be no concept of humanity." So, books are a very important part of my life. I prefer a various kind of literature, for instance, I like reading reference books, science fiction and even poetry. The last book I read was called „Sickened“. It was written by Julie Gregory. This book is an autobiography about a girl who is very sick but even doctors are unable to identify that illness. Because of this the girl lost all her childhood. I haven't finished reading this book, so I can't say how the story ends this time. Speaking more about films based on books, I think that a movie won't be better that a book ever, but it doesn't mean that a film will be worthless. Also I think that it's absolutely possible that watching TV can replace reading books. To make matters worse, it has already happened for some people. The reason is that people are often in a rush, they want to hear all the news fast and they have just forgotten long evenings with a book. When I need a book, I borrow it from the public library. Our country has lost of famous authors like Justinas Marcinkevičius, Antanas Baranauskas, Maironis, Kristijonas Donelaitis and others. I would recommend to read some of Romualdas Granauskas books, for example, "Mist over the valley". I like reading books, because I learn a ton of new things while reading and it is a great opportunity to spend my free time significantly. My favourite author is Romualdas Granauskas. His books are very interesting and very topical these days. Speaking more about English/American authors, I like William Shakespeare and William Faulkner who won the Nobel prize. That's all about the books today.
