Can anyone explain how people enter to my page in italki to chat with me without being friends? Is supposed that if one is not following a person and that person is not following me, you can not chat with me. I don't know how.............. they do it to me too. But I keep the chat off.

Hi darlin' To get rid of this pesky pest, go to settings (drop down box beside your name) and click on "only people that I'm following" in the 'who can chat to me box'. Then go to the offenders profile and block him from the bottom left of his page. Also report him for harassment, it's against italki's rules to sexually harass people, and that's what he's doing. If that doesn't get rid of him, report him to italki at; http://support.italki.com/?ReturnUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.italki.com%2Fanswers%2Fquestion%2F167460.htm If it doesn't work, it's a software bug and you should report it to italki at the above address. If you like I'll go and scratch his face! That's what I do to pests! Xx

It is time to block this person and report him to italki. At the bottom right hand side of this page you will see a green light that says Chat Online. If you don't want to chat, click onto it and click Chat Off. Then no one will be able to chat with you.
