Are they all natural? what business is it of yours? what is it of your business? It's not any of your business. It's not any business of yours.

They are all correct and used except "what is it of your business?" The most popular one you'll hear is "It's none of your business." Beware that it is kind of rude, though. A more polite way to say this is "That is none of your concern," or "That's not your concern." Those are still a little rude, but not as bad.

No. the proper English usage is "It's none of your business". This is said in response to someone asking about what they are doing, but no one would ask it like "what business is it of yours?"
