B means "the shop owned by the butcher"
C means "the butchers (plural) who work for the shop"
D means "the butcher who works for the shops (plural)"

A and B are different from C and D. In A and B, we're talking about the shop; In C and D, we're talking about the butcher/butchers. Can you clarify?
