Are these sentences both natural? (I keep loving my father who abandoned us when I was a child, because....) I don't want to be left with any regret / guilt. I don't want to be left feeling any regret / guilty.

All good. The last option should be "guilt" too. I don't want to be left feeling any guilt. (any + noun) I don't want to be left feeling guilty. (feeling + adjective)
