The fresh-squeezed rice noodles are made from high-quality rice that has first been soaked, ground, strained, fermented, rolled into balls, half steamed, blended and then made into noodles by pressing the resulting dough through a mold. [Two changes - 'that' instead of 'which' and 'a mold' instead of 'mould'.]

Fresh-extruded rice noodles are made from high-quality rice which has first been soaked, ground, strained, fermented then rolled into dough balls, half steamed, kneaded and finally made into noodles by pressing the resulting dough through the noodle moulds Try to break down a long comma-list with conjunctions 'then'... just as you did with 'and' - I added finally mould and mold are both acceptable spellings, though it appears Americans prefer 'mold'
