Are these sentences correct and natural? No one should expect such a thing from me. (I'll never do anything like that.) No one should expect me to do such a thing. No one should doubt of that.

Like already said, the first two are good. The third one should be: "No one should doubt that." Or you could even say (but isn't as good): "No one should have doubt of that." The former, "doubt" is a verb. The latter, a noun.

Yes the first two are natural and correct. The last sentence has 'of' in there which is incorrect. If you are trying to say 'No one should doubt that', then it is correct to say it as I have written it here. Did that answer your question?
