Using "your work" instead of just "work" is optional, because the context makes it obvious and you are already saying "you" in the sentence. It will be very late when you finish (your) work. It will be very late when you get off (your) work. ("your work" is awkward here) It's also a little more awkward to start this sentence with "That". That will be very late when you finish (your) work. That will be a very late time to finish (your) work.

1. Why are you using "will"? Anyway: I'm doing overtime today. I'm not finishing work until very late. I'm working late tonight.
