Does the second sentence make sense?
Up to two kids aged 12 and under sharing a room with parents stay and eat free this summer when booking three nights or more. More than one child per adult is half price.
Does the second sentence make sense? Thank you.

No, it doesn't. If it's free how can they be paying half price?

The sentence is correct. I assume you mean that if a family has two parents but three children staying in one room, the first two kids stay and eat free, but they must pay half price for any additional children.
