Could I rewrite this sentence like this? People who have a good row and then forget it are doing their health more good than those who bottle up their feelings. Could I rewrite the above sentence like this without changing the original meaning? Having a good row and then forgeting it are doing people's health more good than bottling up their feelings.

It sounds too formal, you wouldn't hear a native speaking like that (well very rarely). It would sound better as one of the following: Forgetting about an argument is better for you than bottling it up inside. Staying angry after a fight is bad for you. Bottling angry feelings inside after an argument only makes things worse.
