Dear Mr./Mrs. (INSERT FAMILY NAME), We are (INSERT TYPE) students who have been studying at FAHS since 2008. We are writing today to express our concerns about the schedule for testing. Over the past two months, only following exams and repeat exams have been scheduled and completed. Two written exams were held on the 3rd and 4th of April, respectively, and three viva exams were held on the 3rd, 27th, and 28th of May, respectively. We are frustrated that there have been no other activities/classes/studies/exams(?) scheduled over this two-month period. In order to complete the course, we must still schedule two clinical exams and two presentations. We are concerned that we risk losing job opportunities by extending the course on a day-by-day basis. This situation leaves us unable to make important career plans without knowing the effective date for completion of the course. We would like to request that the exams mentioned above be scheduled within at least one month. We would also like to know the exact date for completion of the course.
