why is it called like this? One book is called "twist it up". There are recipes about baking cakes and other food. Why is it called like this? tHANX A LOT.

My guess is that the author wanted to suggest that the recipes of the book offer a new and refreshing way to cook. In this context the phrase "twist it up" functions similar to the phrase "shake it up" which is used to express a change from doing things the usual way.
