just drinking water could not be the best policy to lose your weight smoothly as you body would lessen burning your fat. Keep normal rhythm of diet as usual but change some content of your food . Eat more protein food instead of massive carbohydrate or fat. This strategy would help you fortify to burn your fat.

Thanks a lot ,if you want to stay fitness,you have to eat banlanced diet and do more exercise. people always feel it is difficult to stick to if you really want to lose some weight,you do have to exercise regularly and eat less.

STOP eating sweet things (candy, pastries, ice cream, etc.) and the weight will "fly off" you. In a very short time, you will look like a model. And, of course, MOVE (do some walking every day).
