Does the word multi-ethnicity exist in the english vocabulary? Is it correct or uncorrect? Thank you

Yes it does exist. For example one could say: "London is a city famous for its multi-ethnicity." By the way it is not "uncorrect" but "incorrect".

Yes it does exist in the English Vocabulary. I think is should be used as a heading of an of a report or an article.
