What does this mean in English? なんとかなんねぇのかな。。。 ^ I'm trying to figure out how to translate it to English.

How about "Isn't there any way to fix it?" ?

It is a colloquial speech of "何とかならないのかな". It could be used in various situations where the speaker is in trouble and is seeking/expecting a satisfactory outcome (not necessarily as a result of his/her own efforts). That means it can sometimes be even "I hope it will end up well". Hope this helps.
