We don't usually just say "I had my wake up" it would probably be followed by "call." "I had my wake up call at 6 AM so I could arrive in plenty of time." If you were staying in a hotel, for example, you could request that the front desk staff call you at 6 AM to wake you up.
"I keep asking" means you are doing it over and over. You are persistently asking.
"Goodbye on the hand" doesn't make sense on it's own. "I waved goodbye with my hand" or "she wrote goodbye on her hands" maybe.
