Well, in the context both almost mean the same thing. But "other than that" is bit different than "otherwise". See as u read both of them alone u find difference in them. Like " other than that" seems like more of a number or condition indicator. moreover "otherwise" gives a conditional kind of sense.
Anyways when u have put "it's all good there" it doesn't change any sense instead both feels the same. So as Shelley stated above. Both are perfectly fine.
