What does 'Grab' mean in following sentence ? I’ll just go grab a burger across the street.

The expression can mean to "buy and eat" something quickly. But it does not always have to mean quickly. If I ask my friend, Would you like to grab some lunch?, I am more than likely inviting them to an unplanned, informal lunch rather than to a quick one. But it depends on the context.
