What's the exact difference of these two? To me, they look similar. 1) I'll have your lights delivered tomorrow 2) I'll have your lights to be delivered tomorrow

Sentence 1 is correct but sentence 2 is incorrect, you could say......Your lights will be delivered tomorrow

Sentence 2 is wrong. Sentence 1 can be understood as, "I'll arrange it so that your lights are delivered tomorrow". The pattern is "have (someone) (do something)".
