"Worldwide jewelry" doesn't make sense. "Worldwide" means something extends throughout the world, but I think you want to say that jewelry comes from all over the world. So, "jewelry from all over the world" is better. If you do actually want to talk about jewelry being sent to other places in the world, you would probably need to say something like, "We sell jewelry worldwide."
