Yes, they are both fine. Just to expand on it a bit. ===== "I don't know whether I should accept it or not": The "or not" can be omitted or moved after "whether". ---------- "Whether you accept it or not, it's your choice.": Here "or not" can NOT be omitted but also can be moved after "whether".

Anything that seems too good to be true probably is. On the other hand, if this is a job offer that you want "carpe diem". Both sentences as written are fine.
