Can I use し and のに in one sentence?
I always see し used with から, but I've never seen it used with のに...
For example, is this sentence right?
勉強しなかったし、試験は難しかったのに、合格しました。
If it's not, then how can I say that in a natural way?

Yes, we say so. We also say 勉強しなかったし試験は難しかったけど(or けれど/ けれども)合格した。
This のに and けど mean "though/ although".
If you use から in this sentence, it's going to be 勉強しなかったし試験は難しかったから合格できなかった。

この例文においては、
(勉強しなかったし、)試験は難しかったのに、合格しました。
～のに、～けど、following is positive things.
～から、following is negative things.
試験は難しかったから、合格しませんでした。
試験は難しかったから、不合格でした。
