How would you pronounce 3 continuous digits in a phone number that are all the same? We know that we usually pronounce 12344 as 'one two three DOUBLE four'. How about 123444?

You could say "triple four". Personally, I find it less confusing to pronounce the digits individually, regardless of repetition. People are not usually expecting to hear "double" or "triple".

Well, you could say "one two three TRIPLE four". BUT, if you are telling someone something important like your phone number, I would NOT use double or triple. I would say each digit individually to avoid confusion. "one two three four four" or "one two three four four four".
