how to translate ……of ……of…… eg.paralysis of the right half of their body. I always confuse about this kind of sentences.

"Paralysis of the right half of the body"... "Right half of the body" = “人体的右边” "Paralysis of ___" = "___瘫痪" The first "of" begins to tell us where the paralysis is, as it would in a similarly structured sentence, e.g; "Paralysis of the left arm". The second "of" is joining "right half" and "the body" together, so we know that we're talking about the "right half of the body" (one half of the body, the one on the right). Some more examples using the second "of"... The forest is in the upper left quadrant of the map. My neighbours house is to the right of mine.
