هذه قصص حقيقية or هذه قصص واقعية

You can say : هذه القصص مأخوذة (مستوحاة) من الواقع هذه القصص مقتبسة عن أحداث حقيقية = that if it wasn't totally true but some events are taken from reality or you can simply say if it was totally true: هذه قصص واقعية :)
