Do you still live in Busan? If so, it should be I have lived in Busan for 5 years." If you no longer live in Busan, you would say, "I lived in Busan for 5 years."

I admit I don't understand your question. Declarative sentences regardless of tense end with a period. I studied Arabic. I will continue to study Arabic. Questions are marked with question marks. Does this make sense? Did I address your concern? I have lived on the USA most of my life. I lived in Germany for a year. I live in a house rather than an apartment.
